1. Nature of Our Service

The Students Hub provides academic writing services for reference and study purposes only. All work produced by our writers is intended as a model answer or learning resource to help students understand academic concepts, structure their own work, and improve their academic writing skills.

Important Disclaimer: Our services must not be submitted to academic institutions as the student's own original work. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to this condition.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age and are using our services in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are confirmed once payment is received in full or a mutually agreed deposit has been paid
• Prices are quoted based on word count, academic level, subject complexity, and deadline
• Rush order surcharges apply for deadlines under 48 hours
• The quoted price is locked in at the time of order confirmation
• We accept card payments, PayPal, and bank transfer

4. Delivery

We guarantee delivery of all work before the agreed deadline. In the event of a missed deadline caused by us (not by incomplete or late information provided by the customer), we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. Revisions

We offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery (30 days for Elite plan customers), provided the revision request is consistent with the original order brief. Revisions that materially change the scope of the original order may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will issue full or partial refunds if: (a) the work is significantly below the agreed standard and cannot be resolved through revision; or (b) we miss the deadline through our own fault. We do not offer refunds where a student changes their mind after work has commenced.

7. Confidentiality

We will never disclose your identity, order details, or any personal information to academic institutions, employers, or any third parties. All orders are handled with complete discretion and confidentiality.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the work produced transfers to you, the customer. The Students Hub retains no rights to distribute, publish, or reuse the work produced for your order.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm The Students Hub, our writers, or other students. Academic fraud or misrepresentation using our materials is entirely the responsibility of the customer.
